I planted an orange tree and it is not only dead, but contracted aphids. At work we all planted some seeds and two weeks later...my plant is the only one that hasn't sprouted.... ;.(
I think that gardening may not be one of my talents...at least not one that comes naturally. So, I'm going to keep trying - plant a little seed,water it, nourish it, and hope that someday it will blossom into a talent.

I have never kept anything alive. At all. And now I have a yard and LOTS of empty planting space. ARGH!!!
The first time I tried growing flowers from seed to put in my garden, I kept them too wet and they got moldy. The ones that did sprout then didn't get watered regularly enough and died from thirst. Keep trying, or just buy starts from a nursery.
