Daniel described them to me as a fancy pig-in-a-blanket: a hot dog wrapped in dough. But they can also have different kinds of fillings. Daniel was introduced to them at work by the locals. Imagine walking into a Duncan Donuts shop and standing before a wall of baskets filled with various flavors of donuts. That's pretty much how Kolache Factory is set up. With filiings from Italian Chicken to Bacon Egg & Cheese to Fruit, it was hard to decide.
I had a Jalepeno & Cheese and it was quite tasty. Daniel had a Sausage, Egg & Cheese. They will even warm your Kolaches up for you.
